Puppy Contract
Once you have selected a puppy and submitted your $500 reservation fee, please ensure that you fill out and return the contract. Puppies are not considered on hold until both the reservation fee and the completed contract have been received.
Please note that only the $500 reservation fee is applied toward the total purchase price.
Taxes and processing fees are not included in the listed puppy prices or deposit. These additional charges cover PayPal transaction fees and Kentucky state sales tax.
Wait List Fee
If you aren’t ready to select a puppy or don’t see one you like, you can add your name to our waiting list with a $250 non-refundable waitlist fee. Waitlisters have the first option to choose from upcoming litters before they are posted on the website.
The waitlist fee secures your spot on the waiting list and your first-pick priority is based on the order in which fees are received. While we do our very best to provide an educated estimate of upcoming puppies and timing, Mother Nature ultimately decides the litters we have and when they arrive.
Once you select a specific puppy, the remainder of the $250 will be applied toward holding that puppy.
Please note: PayPal fees and Kentucky state sales tax are not included in the $250 and will be added separately. Only the $250 applies toward the puppy price.
